All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders under $65 ship via standard shipping for $4.95 and typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Orders $65 and over qualify for free priority shipping and arrive within 7-12 business days. We currently ship only within the United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package every step of the way. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately at support@bambooflex.com and we'll resolve it. Your 60-day money-back guarantee starts the day you receive your BambooFlex Knee Sleeve, not the day you order it, so shipping time doesn't count against your trial period.
